By accessing or using the services provided by INFOSCALE LLC, operating under the commercial name Infoscale ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Infoscale is a digital marketing and advertising agency that provides the following services:
Development of marketing strategies
Copywriting for advertising scripts
Production of advertising creatives
Media buying for online advertising campaigns
3. User Accounts
Infoscale does not require users to create an account to access its services. Client accounts for advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) remain the property of the clients. A contract is signed between Infoscale and the client to ensure the confidentiality and security of all advertising accounts.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of Infoscale is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Infoscale’s website and within its services are the property of Infoscale unless otherwise stated. However, any advertising creatives, scripts, or materials delivered to clients remain their exclusive property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Infoscale provides marketing and advertising services but does not guarantee specific results. Clients acknowledge that the success of advertising campaigns depends on multiple external factors.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8. Refund Policy
Infoscale offers a refund policy only in cases where advertising campaigns fail to break even. Clients may request a refund under the following conditions:
The request must be made within 30 days of campaign launch.
The client must contact benjamin@infoscale.fr or reach out via Slack to initiate the refund process.
9. Changes to Terms
Infoscale reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
